Poland’s EV market is moving faster than its infrastructure.

But the real gap isn’t hardware. From 2025, developers will be required to prepare buildings for EV charging at scale, often across all parking spaces. Capacity is coming. Fast.
What’s still missing is the operational layer:
• management
• scalability
• long-term performance
Across Poland and Central Europe, I’m seeing the same pattern:
EV demand is accelerating and Infrastructure is expanding.
But systems are not yet integrated This creates a very specific opportunity. Not for installers but for those who can structure, operate, and scale the ecosystem.
Poland may not follow the slow path of mature markets. It might move directly into integrated systems  if the right players position themselves early.
Curious how others see this developing.
